Seven Nights In My Head

This is the result of the search for sense and meaning that started many years ago. Little by little it has become a journey to the core of my mind. It’s an attempt at bringing closure to a big chapter in my life as well as turning the page to start writing a new one. Seven Nights In My Head is a series of seven self-portrait photomontages or photoillustrations created to let the viewer dive into the respective dreams with me, seeing scenarios usually no one except myself gets to experience. The process was fueled by the need to illustrate a world that is usually private, in a way the viewer could recognize pieces of him or her in the picture and become part of it, creating a unique dialogue between the viewer and the picture and ultimately between the viewer and the author.
